If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Store Sign Express.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Store Sign Express, accessible from https://www.storesignexpress.com
- You, Customer means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Quotation and Order Process
All the business sign quote requests received by Store Sign Express is considered as custom work.
After receiving a quote request from you (Customer),
- Our Company will contact you to verify your requirements for your Business Sign.
- Once we receive all the requirements from you, our staff will work to provide with the quotation for the work.
- Quote request usually take 1-2 days.
- Store Sign Express will send you an official quote with drawings in email that will include
- The exact material being used for your sign.
- The exact dimensions for the sign
- The delivery time for the sign. The normal delivery time is 15 business days.
- The quotation price for the sign.
- Customer will need to review the drawings, price and requirements listed in the quotation document and verify that it meets the requirements
- If the customer needs to make changes to the requirements, we will be more than happy to work with customer to makes changes and provide them with the updated quotation according to the changes requested. This process might take 1-2 days.
- Once the Customer has reviewed and happy with the changes the customer can login to our website and make the payment.
- Store Sign Express will only process the order after the payment has been completed.
Order Cancellation and Refund
Orders can be cancelled in 24 hours of placing orders or if the production process for the order has not started yet.
- All the business sign quote requests received by Store Sign Express is considered as custom work. Store Sign Express will personally work with you throughout the entire quotation process and order process.
- The entire process from quote request to order placement will take a minimum of 5 days.
- Once you have received the quotation for the sign, you will need to review all the requirements, dimensions, material and price as show in the official quotation document before placing an order.
- Once the order has been placed, you can contact us via phone or Contact us page on our website to cancel the order
- Orders can be cancelled in 24 hours of placing orders or if the production process for the order has not started yet. This is because our production team gets started on working on your custom order so as to provide you the delivery of your sign products as soon as possible.
- For any other issues with cancellation and refunds, Store Sign Express will handle it case by case basis. Our mission is to have a happy customer with great support and service to our customers
- We advise you to please go through the quotation carefully and contact us if you have any questions before you approve the quote and make a payment.
